Comments:
I really want to run farther, but I always get back in shape conservatively, so I'm keeping things short. For old times' sake, I hit the 4 mile route from back in the SFA days. Absolutely out of shape though, that route was all uphill, and kicked my butt. That's what getting back to it is about though.
