Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Good longer run today. Legs very sore still. It was kinda chilly in the afternoon too had to bundle up a little bit. Town was so quiet not a lot of people around and campus was quiet too. On the way back came down through the schools and the otherside of Triangle. Had a little boost on the way back actually which I was surprised by but it felt nice.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Had to stretch and roll today for sure. Still feeling sore but I know its from swinging the bat and throwing yesterday. I also want new shoes today I could definitely tell that they were loosing some support. Spent sometime today watchin CWRU Graduation on the live stream. Caught a bunch of familiar faces. Made me think back to our graduation and how surreal it was, and how long/short time it was ago... Feels man. Saw lots of runners and kids from my recitation sections. Proud of them all, way to make it through. Hard for me to comprehend since I still remember them all as little freshmen who didnt know shit, and look at them now. Putting in work at college makes the difference.
