Comments:
Solid run really wanted to get out today. Legs felt heavy overall but I tried to push myself to make it on pace. A nice medium. I ate a cookie right before heading out the door, but luckily I held it down and it wasnt a problem. Stomach felt good today. Town very quiet basically out there all by myself. Coming back just came down Lincoln and looped past Pratt. Felt pretty good near the end pushing the pace as I finished up. Overall felt slow which is kinda disappointing. Thing its my shoes though.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch actually. Ankle good too. Still feeling tight from softball practice though. Gotta stretch out well tomorrow afterwards.
