Comments:
Today, we ran a 5000 around the track. It was sort of like a race. First couple laps Tom and Lucas were in front with Jimmy and I trailing behind. Jimmy challenged Lucas and they fought backa and forth. Tom faded away, I kept the same pace but Lucas and Jimmy sped up to keep up with each other. After we ran a field. We also did a warm up 800m.
