Big day of shopping, and I made it over to the Commons to get some new shoes. Much needed I could tell my others were wearing out. Got a pair of cool Blue Ghost 8. I had to take a nap before heading out though, so I went a little later. It started raining just a little bit as I started to head out but it never got that bad. Started out slow, on the Block Party loop. I did start to loosen up and feel better as I was going though. Did a loop around the track, no one was there but it was still cool haunt run there in a while. It starting to looks old and beat up, not as fresh as I remembered it. On the way back I found out that the Lake St Bridge was closed, so I had to go behind IHS and come back on Cayuga St. Just went straight shot down got a good pace going there. Felt much better as I finished it was hard to get going right after waking up from a nap

OK stretch, hammies a little bit tight. Shoes felt really good though, and after a while I will work them in even more.
Probably sub 8:00 pace with the added loop around the track.
