Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Got in a solid run after driving back to Amherst and settling in. Drive was so boring but I crushed it in good time. Definitely knew I needed a run but it took me a while to get out the door. Nice loop around town, felt comfortable. Felt like my legs felt good and they could go but I still felt chunky and bloated like I was carrying extra weight. Surprised legs felt that good after being in the car all day. Weather was great today I think some rain in coming in so it cooled it down a little bit. Feels like summer now.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Really felt like I needed to roll this afternoon. ITs tight and back is kinda tight too. Stretching helped but I might need to do more. Shoes feeling decent, a little bit looser today so they are still molding into form.
