Comments:
We went on a 20 minute run downtown and then did 4-6 200 meter accelerations. I felt fine on all of them, except I felt like I was overstriding in the last 50 meters.
I joined the yearbook club this morning. I became a fully involved member a lot faster than I thought I would. I literally just walked into the computer lab and the next thing I know I'm signed up to distribute yearbooks during my lunch period for the next two weeks starting tomorrow and I became a sports editor. I was also accepted into Link Crew a couple weeks ago, so a lot has happened.
