to UO - barefoot - and back

Comments:
Solo run to UO, barefoot two miles, then home. CA's calf is acting up again, so this was solo. Mine is doing a lot better.

LOVE this barefoot running. It helps the form so much, as both my feet and legs, in general, are just retarded in shoes!

Got a little prematurely booted from the field, as they were prepping for the State Track meet: weekend 1 of five big ones between now and mid-July.

- good day of work
- met and ran with Nick, then yoga
- packed up and drove out to Florence for a Yachats work& play weekend
