Weather: 84, really hot out
Comments:
Didn't feel like running. Dehydrated cuz i went out last night and was super tired. Started easier than prior runs but was heavy in the legs. Went at 9.6 for 1.5 miles then back down to 9.5 then once i hit 2 miles i had to go down to 9.0 for a bit was very tired. finished off in 10.0. overall ok run considering last night.
