Comments:
Pretty stressful day and I really needed to recharge myself. Things are picking up and I just wanted to make sure I can balance it all by getting a run to smooth things out. Waited until after sunset so I could eat a little dinner since I stayed late. It worked out well. It was kinda hot out still, shirt no problem and I was sweating. Ran up through town, past the carnival thats going on. Looked like a lot of fun good for the kids. Kept going into the night up Orchard Hill first then back through campus. Felt great today, legs wanted it. Stomach a little cramped up near the end but for the most part dinner stayed settled. I was pretty sweaty when I got back and it was real dark at that time.

Got back in time to watch the end of the first half of the Cavs game, just what I wanted to see. Glad about that. Legs feel pretty good, nice to get them moving. Shoes finally flexed in and feel natural. First night run in a while reminded me of why I like them so much.
