Comments:
Puttin in work most of the day, surprised at the productivity. Saved the run for the later afternoon cause it was hot hot hot today. Really felt like they first summer run, first no shirt of the season. Started out on the bike path, shins feeling a little tight. Wanted to get onto some softer stuff so I cut over to the trails. They were nice especially in the shade. Felt pretty good, especially after not running the past few days. After getting out to the road, I decided to just keep going up to Cumbies. There were some tough segments in the sun but still felt fine. Coming back home around the backside of Amherst College stomach started to knot up and I slowed down a little bit. Could been from the heat or from some crackers I was snacking on before I left. Made it back in time though. Aw man felt so good to get out on those roads today though I was drenched in sweat when I got back and pretty tired. The weather reminded me of those standard summer runs, where you had to keep pushing with the goal of the season, knowing that all the work put in into the summer goes into the races during the fall. Such an important time.

Essentials: Stretch

Had to stretch outside I was soaked and I doused myself in more water to cool down. Legs didnt feel all that tight, so I kept the stretchin easy Shoulder felt fine while running, still a little bit sore. Now I need to figure out how to dry out my drenched running shorts.

Pace was good, definitely went a little more that 5.5
