Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
It was a little cooler today so I didnt wait until the later afternoon. I was getting a headache inside anyways so I wanted to get outside. Just feeling so tired overall today and it translated over into the run. Legs felt weak and slow. Just plugged along at my own comfortable pace. Not a lot of people out and about town was quiet. Went all the way down Lincoln rather than turning on Fearing just to do something different. Legs felt especially worn coming back down the hill, but I had gravity to help me out there.
Essentials: Stretch
Just an easy stretch outside it was tough to really loosen my legs out they still felt heavy. Takes some time getting used to the summer weather. I still think I am in decent shape just every once and a while you have a slower day. I just want to know that I am putting in the miles.
