Comments:
Got a good run today. Went earlier afternoon. It wasnt too too hot but I could still feel it. Legs felt like rollin, sore from softball yesterday. I think it took a while for the rest of my body to catch up. Either way it made me push myself and hold the pace. Overall felt comfortable. Got a little tired coming back down the hill so I just coasted that.

Essentials: Stretch

Shorter stretch than I would have liked. I was sore tight and sore, but I was also drenched in sweat and felt gross getting the floors all wet. Ankle kinda tight from the game yesterday as well as hips and hammies. But the run definitely helped get everything all moving well.
