Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Cut the hill workout short. was going to do the long hills. the downhill made my IT flare up. wasnt killing me, but i could definitely feel it. Iced and stretched it a lot. Took an advil to reduce swelling and tightness. hopefully it will comeback down, still gonna run tomorrow. It also didnt help that i am starting to get sick (cough)
