Well the weight of the week just came pouring down on me today on the run. Didnt really feel like it when I got home but I just went and did it. Legs felt heavy, probably from yesterday, thigh bruise isnt that bad but overall legs felt sore. Just needed to go slow and easy and shake it all out. It was pretty humid too. Kinda bored running alone today but I fit it in when I wanted to.

Essentials: Stretch

When I got back, just had enough to stretch. Wish I could have plopped down and watched TV. Cool documentaries. Anyways back and quads sore but its good to get them moving.
