Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Refreshing run. Not great mileage this week but I felt good today. It was actually raining most of the day so I picked a little window where it wasnt raining too hard and just went for it. Barely anyone was out today, but I easily kept the pace and stayed the course. Finally coming back down the hill my shoes started to get a little bit heavy with water and I had to be careful not to slip around too much.

Essentials: Stretch

Tried as best as I could to stretch with out getting the living room all wet. Legs feeling kinda tight. I was pretty tired last night and and felt stiff and sore this morning, so shaking out the legs on at run was just what I needed. Also wanted to run off all that cook out food. Looking forwards its going to get tough to get much mileage in the next few weeks. I probably wont be able to run in Germany so thats a whole week. That means its important to fit it in when you can.
