Comments:
Ran with the Fleet Feet Fun Run group. It was my first run in a long time since I did not run regularly during track and field coaching season.
There was a Physical Therapist from Athletico there after the run. She was giving injury screenings. I did not get one, but I spoke with her briefly about how I had plantar fasciitis previously. She reminded me about the importance of hip strengthening. She also looked at my arches and said I had normal arches.
After the run, I stretched a bit. Then the whole group did an ab workout together, hip planks included.
