Felt awesome. Tried to press the pace and took nearly 5 minutes off my previous try on this route. Legs felt a bit sore but strong throughout. A bit of a breakthrough in the running this last week I feel. Ate good last night, some rolls with jam and a half banana about 1 hour before running this am plus an energy gel at the start of the run. Very satisfying.
