Awwww productive day but I knew that I needed to run so badly. Biked home quickly as I thought a storm was coming in, but I guess it missed up. Quickly threw my stuff on and just got out there. Starting out, felt awful, legs so heavy and just didnt feel like running. I had to work into it but after a few minutes, started feelin it. Good sign got into a groove coming up Triangle and just picked up the pace from there. Usually I dont see much on my run, but there were a lot of people at the schools doing stuff, and I thought I saw a bunch of people downtown! Good stuff. Feeling strong as I finished up, turned out to be one of those negative split days. Never rained either.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch inside. Legs felt great when I finished so I didnt feel like I needed to stretch too much. Today was encouraging since I havnt felt like I have been in very good shape the past few days. I can always go out there and lay some miles on the street though and get back into it.
