Exercise Type: Run
Weather: nearly 90, hot sun!
Comments:
Big, busy, but excellent day:
- woke up and went into town for coffee
- came back, did a table exam and gait film for Thomas
- breakfast
- manual therapy session + stride recheck
- went to the track, made some clutch stride changes = EFFICIENT stride!
From there, we ran a mile at the track, then ran to these foothill trails. I felt pretty assy - tired and really sore from last night's run! We worked on a little bit of downhill mechanics, then ran back...did strides (he filmed me, too - I looked solid).
Afternoon:
- formulated his full exercise plan (stretches, drills, strength, plyos)
- then finally, we relaxed and:
-- talked about his LTGs
-- talked about some objectives for my business
Sat out on the back porch - he has a REALLY nice (but still fairly understated) house - drinking beers! :-)
PM: dinner with his family, then watched a stream of some state track, and some family vidoes, then bed.
