Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Splendid weather today. Finished up presentation stuff and get a good foot hold on papers, but then I came home early to get ready for Germany. Pretty pumped but I think Ill actually realize it when we get there. On the run, just wanted to feel loose and free outside. Took the pace naturally. The Meadow is overgrown real bad so it was hard to cover. ED Trail was much nicer and I felt pretty good on it. Overall feeling better than yesterday, moving around during the day helped a lot.
Essentials: Stretch
Just a real easy simple stretch when I got back. Legs feeling fine actually. I know they will feel like shit after a 8 hr plane ride though. At least its not 14 hrs... Prob no running time in Germany but we should get some exercise walking around everywhere.
