Ran with the Fleet Feet Fun Run group.
Ran 0.2 warmup to Fleet Feet.
Then ran out and back run along the regular route.  I ran out to the vent/hole on the trail (15:00 minutes out), then turned around & ran back (31:10). 
Stretching and core workout afterwards with hip planks. 
Ran with young college guy, and met several new people along way.  Met Lindsey and Autumn (SLP).
