Comments:
Finally, back on da streets. Ran right when I got home, looking forward to it. Got a lot going on, some good ideas and directions, but I was really distracted today by the Cavs Parade. I basically watched the whole thing online. I had too, this is some real historic shit right here. So real I cant believe its actually happening. It was just a gorgeous day out, brought back fond memories of those Cleveland summer days. Miss the city a lot and have so much pride for it. The Shot, The Block, The Stop, The Comeback... will be remembered for another 50 years and forever. Anyways I had 2 weeks of running wound up so I went out hard and held the pace. It just blew by all of a sudden I was up ontop of the hill and running back down. Legs felt surprisingly good. Thought about research projects pretty much the whole time. Did get a little tired coming back but the legs just felt soo good to get moving.
Essentials: Stretch
Mild stretch. I should have done more since I was sore from the game yesterday. I had to help Nick with the policeman right when I got back so that kinda threw me off. Still just getting my legs and body moving will help get everything loose and strong again.
