Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Purpose of today was to loosen up. Feeling very sore after yesterdays run. Legs just tight and heavy. Needed something easy to shake out and get back into it. Nice weather a little bit on the hot side but I managed, especially with the nice shade on the trail. Still had my head spinning with science the whole time. Its all swirling around, but in a good way. I got some good thinking and compartmentalization and focus done. Today was a little more productive since I didnt have the Cavs distracting me as much.
Essentials: Stretch
Better stretch when I got back, but still need to do some rolling later to stay loose. Hopefully I can get the legs going a little bit more so they dont feel so sore during the day too.
