Comments:
Packing in the evening and I wanted to at least get something in. I needed to go drop off a letter, so I timed it up to just go run to the post office then run back. Worked out well the hill on Amity was tough and I really worked up it. It was kinda warm out tonight actually, headlamp and vest were necessary. Good enough that I got the legs moving, but didnt really get into a solid flow. These past few weeks have just been so busy and intense.
Essentials: Stretch
Ok stretch I was kinda sweaty when I got back. Legs feel fine not sore from the game yesterday. More travel ahead but they are used to that now too.
