Comments:
warmup, 5k race: 30th place (2nd on the team) 21:09. I felt like it was a good race, I was running in the moment. I ran with Kat for the first part, then Kat, SarahC, and Haley; I felt a little back from our group, but I focused on surging (surge happened to be Lauren's motivational word of the race) and catching all of them again before the end. 28min cooldown on the beautiful trails back in the woods!
