Comments:
I came down with the Kenyon Krud on Wednesday or Thursday, so I have been feeling like crap and didn't sleep well this week (especially last night). Went out very very slowly - though I was trying to be aggressive at the start - and then gradually caught up to people. Overall, this was a high school PR time for me and a time that I haven't run since freshman year - so not good at all. Things still haven't clicked yet for me, so I am hoping that as the season progresses, I will be able to kick it into gear during a race. My body just kind of freezes up right before the start, even if I think that I'm feeling relaxed and only appropriately nervous.
