Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
So I just got back from the Navajo trip which was absolutely amazing, but unfortunately, I didn't get to run like I had planned because we were getting up early anyway and I couldn't get up 45 minutes earlier to run and also, I had to be with someone and nobody on the trip was interested/was able to run with me. I went on about 1.5 runs and did strength most nights though. I'm kinda sad that I didn't get those two weeks of training, but I think at this point I'll just wait for summer runs to start and if I run the rest of the summer, I'll be totally fine for xc. I'm so excited for summer runs!!!
