Comments:
To the Y and back. Just testing the heel to see if it hurts the next couple of days. First mile was 8:10, 2nd mile 7:33. I then walked for a bit and ran another 1/2 mile. I stopped the watch and walked for a minute or so then ran another 1/2 mile at a slow pace.
