Back into lab and at the grind. Felt good very productive in the morning, fell off a little bit in the afternoon. Had that feeling of so much to do, so much I wanted to do, it was hard to really do it all. Finally got my bearing at the end of the day, but by then I was ready to go run errands and just come home and chill. Actually got bored in the later evening and just decided to get a lift in. Really really wanted a run, and regret not getting out there. Lift felt strong though, real good finished off with shoulder weights too. Been a while since I got some core in.
