Comments:
Good timing to come home and run. It was actually the hottest part of the day, around 90 when I left. Crazy. I couldnt really feel it on the way up though had lots of nice shade from the tree. Just felt so natural and relaxed today, really really good. Held the pace throughout just getting into it. Once I reached the top of the hill though started to feel a little bit heavy in the legs. Luckily I could just coast back down. Finished up strong back to the house. Just a great weather day overall actually in the shade. Some people were out doing things but it just felt fresh.
Essentials: Stretch
Just a stretch outside I was absolutely soaked in sweat. Felt so gross I had to hop into the shower. Been a while since I got in a strong run like this, and my legs can tell feel tired. Probably slightly sore from the heat as well. The rain yesterday didnt really seem to do much to the air or ground.
