Comments:
Ran 8 miles at Roberts in the evening. Did a 2 mile warm up and stretch followed by 4 miles with some of the guys on the team at "tempo pace" (6:30 pace for 26 minutes) It was hot! Finished a couple of easy miles and some barefoot running. Popsicles at the end!
