Comments:
Slept in and spent the day cleaning, lounging and chilling. Just needed a recovery day after last few weeks. Feeling more settled. Although shit now its time to buckle down and really get prepped for ICR... Anyways I wanted to get some solid mileage in today too. Hit up a nice out and back route. It was cloudy and looking like it was going to ran all day, but did really come until I got out the door, and even then it was on and off never really raining hard at all. Went out through town and back the regular way. Still looked like there were a bunch of people playing Pokemon haha. Took me a while to get into a solid gate but I got there, felt nice and strong after a while and really good from the hill back home. At that point it started to rain harder. Ahh a super refreshing run, need more of these.

Pretty sweaty and wet when I got back so just a quick short stretch. Legs feeling sore need to get them worked out a little more once my mileage becomes more consistent.
