Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
In data analysis and presentation prep time, so lots of computer work in my office. At the end of the day, feeling headache and wanted to run real bad. It was still pretty hot out today, but I stayed in the shade the whole time. Started out really slow, and just worked into it. Didnt know how I would feel so I went natural. Good choice because I felt really great once I got out onto the long part of the trail. There werent too many people out. Went out the longer RTGPL route, so its not quite 6... Coming back really picked it up and just felt comfortable. Real solid run made me feel better.
Essentials: Stretch
Just an easy stretch outside. Legs feel fine actually not too sore or tight. Surprised after the sporadic mileage. Usually when I get out there it takes a while to warm up but then they just get going.
Callin it 6 since I think I rounded down on Saturday.
