Weather: 65 and sunny
Comments:
Regular easy run with a big hill (Minn. Ave) pushed up the hill- shin feels better, feeling the legs a bit. But that is sort of expected because of the increase in mileage. Hopefully nothing major is developing.. I have been massaging/rolling more so hopefully that helps loosen things up
