Sleep: 7 hr. Started out with John and Lynn until Broadway, and then took off at my own pace, felt pretty good despite not running for the past two days, thought about what I wanted to do when I got back to the house while they were going to work, great weather, walked a bit after I caught up with John and Lynn, stretch when I got back to the house.
