Comments:
Its been a while since I needed a run this badly. Hot and humid the past few days so I waited until night time to run. I was working pretty hard all day and got really really hungry, surprising after all the wings last night. I ate digested, then headed out on the later side. It just rained (was still raining a little actually) so it was pretty moist but bearably cooler. No one was out I just had the night to myself to coast along. Legs felt great and they felt like they wanted to go. Held pace throughout. Absolutely what I needed after a tough week.
Essentials: Stretch
Pretty moist and sweaty when I got back, had to stretch out in the side room. It wasnt too bad though. Feeling pretty flexible. Running during the day would have been pretty miserable, glad I went out tonight even though it was so late.
