Weather: 5:30am- 59 degrees and clear, 3mph wind

Comments:
Solid long run- running during my normal schedule was a complete change from last week.. I felt great the whole time, stayed pretty easy for the most part, pushed the last mile and up the big hill. Overall it was a great run, especially having gone a little harder than usual yesterday
