Comments:
Solid work day at Conte. In hindsight it was nice to be in the AC. Had to wait till late to run again and even then it was still hot. Felt it starting out muscles just tired and sluggish, but still I chugged along at a nice pace. Most striking thing I saw was that they just demolished a dorm a Amherst College, which looked totally fine to me. Shit got straight up leveled. I assume they are gonna build a brand new one right on top of it. Crazy...

Essentials: Stretch, stick roller

Surprisingly tired when I got back had to stretch a little and just sit in the yard. Looked like a storm was rolling in so I guess my timing was pretty good.
