Napa to Sonoma Wine Country Half Marathon
Sleep: 6 hr. Had a plan for this race, take it easy on the first hill and finish strong, went out with the chase pack initially but dropped back after mile 2-3, ran most of the middle miles by myself into John, my "Sole Mate" joined me around mile 9, which gave us both a boost, should have hung on for the last mile, my best time on this course. Splits: 6:02, 5:39, 5:46, 6:08, 6:11, 6:10, 6:11, 6:15, 6:20, 6:10, 5:52, 6:04, 6:59. Place: 18/3355 overall, 15/1033 male, 6/90 male 25-29.
