Comments:
After not running yesterday knew I wanted it today. Worked hard and came home to get out the door, with the help of a few Sour Patch Kids. Legs felt heavy, took a while to get them going. The meadow helped. I didnt know that it was mowed at all during the summer, it looked freshly cut today. Had a nice time out there, especially since the ground was firm and dry. Once I was back on the trail started to get into a better rhythm. It was pretty humid today, chances of thunderstorms. I got drenched in my own sweat it was nasty but so satisfying.
Essentials: Stretch
Hard to get a solid stretch in outside just felt pretty tight and locked up. I just sat there for a little bit and started to feel better. Most important Essential is to rehydrate in this oppressive weather.
