Comments:
Ran with Molly Winters, John Marxer, and John Krasich for about 40 minutes. Then went hard for 15 minute interval workout with only John Krasich. After, ran for another 15 minutes or so. Felt very good because of biking yesterday, but I developed a small blister. Distance of run was about 8 miles, plus a 1 mile warm-up. Final distance: 9 miles.
