Comments:
10min warmup, 3x3000m (target=14:00; 13:42, 13:53, 14:36), 3x200m. I was under pace for the first two, but just couldn't seems to get myself to go any faster on the last one. I'm not sure if it's mental or I'm actually tired from the race. I felt good during te 200's thought, like I was actually going fast. 13 min cooldown, abs, pushups
