Comments:
I got off to sort of a rough start getting yelled at for bad form and taking half the team in the wrong direction for the warm-up. However, the rest of the workout was great. My form was consistent and strong. I felt good more or less the whole time. My breathing was okay and the cardio side of running seemed to be going average today, but my legs felt as good or better than at any point so far this season.
