Comments:
Ran with Jenna, Gigi, and Martine. Decided that if we couldn't sing we were going to fast. Many camp songs ensued.
Strength: STA plank progression (20 seconds per), Dead Bugs (80), Clams (15 per), Side Leg Lifts (15 per), Single Leg Bridges (5 per).
