Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Busy busy day and it built up some stress, so I really wanted a run just to leave some of it out on the roads. Got home on the bike and just went out. Up to Amity and down. I wanted to go short just to shake out and then to do some fast stuff so I stopped at the track and did rolling striders on the straight away, just 1 mile of that. Its been a while since I rolled those out and realized how much speed I dont have in my legs. Wow... Still it was productive and I felt pretty worked when I came home down the hill.
Essentials: Stretch
Did what I could stretching. Legs felt tight from the speed I think. Not as dehydrated or sweaty as runs as of late, which was nice. Glad I got something into today, even if it reminded me of how out of shape my legs are.
