Hill Workout in Little Italy

Comments:
Did 10 hill repeats up the Mayfield road hill from Little Italy. Each of the Freshman got paired up with an upperclassman and I got Link which was great. He was very helpful and I think the workout went well with him. I worked the hills pretty hard but I don't feel too bad after which is a plus. Feeling pretty good after the off day yesterday. Not bad overall. The warmup was a little long and Coach seemed upset that we didn't run together. Hopefully that will happen more in the future. We kinda had the same problem in high school. We focused a lot on form today doing lots of drills. I really focused on keeping my left hand forward because it tends to flop around when I get tired. Hopefully this workout will help me finnish races even stronger.
