Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Had an easy morning, so I snuck out at 1130 to pre-add before running with Jeff. Felt OK, but the L calf started acting up -- the same random-ass lateral calf I felt just walking around PDX on Friday.
The run with Jeff felt fast, but it wasn't: like steady 640s on the concrete river path. I felt fairly shitty, and the stride was choppy. Not sure if that was because of the calf or what. Bummer.
BTS'd the calf after work. It's sore as fuck.
Moreover, I might have to do some drills or something before running, because it seems -- with all my soreness in the past few weeks -- that I'm losing touch with my "smooth stride" I've been working so damn hard at. Pretty frustrating...
I also need a GD massage... :|
