today was a nice easy recovery day after the intense raceyesterday. we ran on the bikepath for 22 minutes out and then turned around. the time logged is the total time, but mileage is a guess. i feel pretty sore after the race, and my legs, especially my hamstrings, are tight as all hell. YOU NEED TO STRETCH MORE!!
