Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Sucked it up and went out today because I needed to run so badly. Felt cramped up inside all day, still getting work done though. It was hot hot hot and I started out fast, felt good until I got to the outdoor track then legs and gut hit the wall and I started to feel pretty bad. Stomach wasnt too cramped but I think I was just feeling dehydration. Slowly made it back home glad all that part was downhill because I was pretty beat when I got back. Thats what it takes to run at the hot time in the afternoon. Momentarily could feel gusts of wind coming through cooling things down, I think its supposed to rain tomorrow. Still so glad I got a run in needed it.
Essentials: Stretch
Took me a while to rehydrate and catch my breath, so I did a fair amount of just sitting around in the grass. Legs feel tired and sore but not tight at all they actually feel good and worked. Wish I could have stretched more but I just felt too tired.
